Free Delivery on Orders Over £100
When you spend over £100 online, we offer free delivery to Mainland UK*. For deliveries to the rest of the UK and Europe, a nominal charge will be applied to cover additional costs. We strive to keep these charges as low as possible while ensuring that your parcel arrives safely and on time. For smaller orders below £100, our shipping rates are competitively priced, reflecting the actual cost of shipping while still maintaining a premium level of service. We believe in fairness and transparency, so there are no hidden fees or unexpected surcharges.
Reliable and Tracked Shipping
We use only registered couriers or Royal Mail services that provide tracking facilities. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code, allowing you to monitor your parcel's journey right up to your doorstep.
For couriered parcels, we go a step further:
- On the day of delivery, you will receive an email or text with a 1-hour delivery window.
- You'll also receive the name of your driver, adding an extra layer of security and convenience.
- Our couriers provide an option to reschedule deliveries or leave parcels with a trusted neighbor if you are unavailable.
This level of service ensures peace of mind for both you and us. Since introducing this system, we have significantly reduced delays, losses, and missed deliveries to almost zero. Additionally, you will have access to real-time updates through the courier’s website, allowing for greater flexibility and control over your delivery.
