Position: Full-Time Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming sales and customer service calls, providing excellent customer care, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Supporting the data team with basic spreadsheet tasks such as data entry, organizing information, and updating records.
- Assisting with basic image editing tasks and uploading product images and descriptions to our website.
- Maintaining and organising office supplies, documentation, and general office administration.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (basic spreadsheet skills are required).
- Familiarity with image editing software (such as Photoshop or similar) is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in an office administration, customer service, or data entry role is advantageous.
