We bought these bulbs as an alternative to tungsten for use in a set of three wall lights. The lights are controlled by a touch plate dimming switches. The bulbs are well made and the light is pleasing. The circuit works as advertised with one, two, but not three replacements. The dimmer circuit apparently requires one tungsten bulb to act as a \"ballast\".
